This two tenant medical office in Oldsmar, FL was a simple and cost effective design. The electrical service was divided so the two sides could be metered separately.  Simple contractor grade lighting was selected to help keep the project in budget.  Low voltage design was included to make sure the owner had good wireless internet coverage and security cameras.
