This new Multi-use condo building in downtown St. Petersburg is currently under construction which will incorporate not only housing, but also a Raining Berries coffee shop and juice bar. As with any restaurant, coordination with the kitchen equipment is essential.  Our team worked hand in hand with the Architect and Owner to make sure the electrical needs of the owner provided kitchen equipment were met.  The building shell was still under construction at the time of design, so a site visit and coordination with the building shell plans allowed us to tie into the building's main electrical room.
